About the role
Care does not forgive outages. You own the platform behind Klara, from architecture to operations.
You make sure it runs reliably and protects the data of the people who entrust it to us.
What you will do
- Own the architecture and evolution of the platform.
- Build interfaces and services that work reliably and transparently.
- Shape operations, monitoring and security on servers in the EU.
- Implement GDPR data protection in code, not just on paper.
- Work closely with machine learning and industry.
What you bring
- Several years of experience in backend development and running production systems.
- A good sense for clean architecture and readable code.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and security.
- A sense of responsibility for systems that run in other people's daily lives.
Nice to have
- Experience with real-time or audio systems.
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance.
