Data protection is not a footnote.
Anyone bringing technology into a care home has to explain what happens to the data. We do that here, before you ask.

What Klara is not
Klara is not a medical device, makes no diagnoses and replaces no medical judgement. Klara does not replace a carer or a visit.
Who decides
Every home decides for itself who uses Klara and what is talked about. Anyone who would rather not speak to a machine does not have to.
