About the role
Klara is built together with care homes, not around them. In this role you are the voice of care within our team and our face in the industry.
You open doors to operators and associations, guide pilot projects from the first enquiry to the final review, and make sure that what we build truly holds up in the daily life of a home.
What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with private, non-profit and municipal operators, from home directors to executive management.
- Own the dialogue with operator associations such as bpa, VDAB and the German welfare associations.
- Initiate, guide and evaluate pilot projects together with care homes.
- Carry feedback from practice into product and research in a structured way.
- Represent Klara at care industry events and congresses.
- Work through questions around care home supervision, the Medical Service and payers together with the team.
What you bring
- A nursing qualification or a degree in nursing or healthcare management.
- Several years of experience in residential elderly care, ideally as head of nursing, home director or regional director.
- An established network among operators and associations.
- Confidence in the regulatory environment of German care.
- Enjoyment in building structures from scratch in a small team.
Nice to have
- Experience introducing digital solutions in care homes.
- Knowledge of how care is funded and reimbursed in Germany.
